He completed advanced specialty training beyond dental school and serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Dr. Lauren Newton is an associate orthodontist at Valley Orthodontics and a Decatur native who completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
